Buying Guide

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our buying guide should tell you everything you need to know about buying from us but if you have any questions please get in touch.

Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Our site is hosted on Bluehost and we utilize WordPress and the WooCommerce plugin to manage our store. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Payments are processed using Stripe a secure and trusted online payment gateway. If you want more info on how these handle your data and protect your privacy please see our terms and conditions.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-5 working days. Overseas orders may take slightly longer to arrive so please allow 14-21 days. Occasionally items may take slightly longer but we’ll let you know if this is the case. In the unlikely event that an item is unavailable we will contact you immediately and offer you a full refund.

We pack all of our products carefully to make sure they arrive in great condition. Prints up to A3 size will be sent out flat. Original artwork will be sent in a tube. Postage and Packaging is calculated prior to payment at the checkout and will vary depending on the contents of your order and the delivery destination.

All orders are sent with Deutsche Post.

Please note, international orders may be subject to import duties and/or tax, in such cases these are the responsibility of the buyer.

International Orders

Payment is to be made in Euros. International credit card providers or banks determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge which you will be liable to pay.

Prices & VAT

All the prices on our site are exclusive of VAT, due to the fact that we are a small company and are utilising the small-business rule, according to the § 19 German Sales tax Law.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or you have just changed your mind please let us know immediately. We are happy to refund or replace undamaged items, returned in their original condition and packaging, within 30 days of dispatch. If your order arrives damaged in any way please get in touch with detailed photos so we can resolve the issue.

We will refund outbound shipping costs for any returned items. You will be responsible for your postage costs for returning an item to us, unless that item is faulty. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. If you return something to us we will notify you by email to let you know we have received it. If we approve the refund we’ll aim to refund you within 2 working weeks. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Disclaimer

We have tried to give the best possible representation of our products on the site. All of the originals are made and finished by hand, sometime they may vary slightly from the images shown online and colours may vary. All of the prints are printed on 189gsm archival matte paper, all of the originals are printed on thin newspaper. Please check dimensions carefully as the size may not always be clear from the images.
